If you are arrested for an indictable offence, the police will want to fingerprint and photograph you. It is likely they will schedule an appointment for you to be fingerprinted.
Your fingerprints will be added to the Canadian Police Information Centre (CPIC).
If you are acquitted, discharged or the charges are stayed or withdrawn against you, you can apply to have these records destroyed. Auger Hollingsworth can look after this step for you, if you desire.
